At Frēz Lab we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our return policy below. Returns We accept returns on unused and unopened cosmetics within 14 of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact our Customer Service team at info@frezlab.com within 14 of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
2. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions on where to send the product. Refunds Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 14 days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Exchanges We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please initiate a return for the original product and place a new order. Non-Returnable Items For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any used, opened, or damaged cosmetics. Damaged or Defective Products If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
